We rebranded! Feel good Food At home is now Nourish to heal

Our family

Hey, I'm Anthony. Born and raised in Lebanon Township, I owned and operated Riverside Coffee & Tea before expanding into the restaurant business (so I'm all about a properly brewed Cup of Joe). I opened The Riverview Restaurant in 2013, and it soon evolved into The Clean Plate Kitchen when Nicole became my partner, in business and in life.

Together, we attended the health supportive culinary program at The Institute of Culinary Education in Manhattan, and that experience had a significant influence on how and what we cook and create. You might say that I take Nicole's creative vision and nutritional inspirations and bring them to life in our kitchen and in our brand new, state-of-the-art space that is Nourish to Heal.

If you can't find me at 10 Leigh Street, chances are I'm out fishing, golfing, or skiing. But honestly, you'll probably find me in the kitchen, bringing clean eating to our communities, and supporting them in every way I can.

Hey, I'm Anthony!
